Multi award-winning Atlántico Platino Rum, is an outstanding white rum, for the Dominican Republic. It’s a blend of aged rums distilled from both fresh cut sugarcane juice and molasses. It is then finished in Spanish Tempranillo barrels. This unique combination adds significant complexity, refinement, and smoothness not found in most white rums. It is good enough to enjoy neat but it is really best applied in a favourite cocktail recipe. I’d recommend that you try it straight or neat to fully understand the rum before using it in a cocktail.
