And the scope extends beyond just wine. Our Spirit Manager, Tristan, specializes in providing cocktail training suitable for all venues. If you're new to cocktails, Tristan will guide you in creating your inaugural cocktail menus and train your staff. Upon completion, he'll equip you with the necessary tools to independently manage and own this aspect. For those more experienced with cocktails or seeking fresh and innovative ideas, Tristan is also available to offer assistance. Both Raj and Tristan are unwavering in their commitment to support you in advancing these categories, delivering training that surpasses the ordinary and expanding your range.​
