Product description
An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin is produced within a mile of the Donegal cost at the foot of the Sliabh Liag, where it captures the magic of the sea.
Six botanicals form the base of our gin - juniper, angelica, cassia, coriander, orange and lemon peel. We then take five carefully chosen, locally harvested seaweeds - Channel Wrack (An Dúlamán in Irish) is slightly tannic;
Sugar Kelp gives sweetness; Dulse with its savoury saltiness; Carrageen Moss provides a nutty, sweetness; Pepper Dulse is the most elusive seaweed and yields an incredible, spicy umami note. Pepper Dulse can only be
harvested on a full moon when the tides draw back, as this amazing plant thrives at the very edge of the shoreline, hidden among rocks.
