Product description
From three parcels totaling 2.5 hectares on the Plateau des Garrigues in the north of the appellation. Fermented with 60% whole bunches and aged 40% in demi-muids, 40% in foudres and 20% in cement eggs. Rich and powerful with masses of sweet fruit. A big, burly wine with impressive depth and structure.
