BASED ON OUR RASPBERRY GIN. OUR ALCOHOL FREE GIN HAS THE SAME GREAT TASTE, WITHOUT THE ALCOHOL. INSPIRED BY BRIGHT FLAVOURS FROM SCOTTISH RASPBERRIES, BALANCED WITH JUNIPER NOTES. A DELICATE SWEETNESS MAKES THIS A DELICIOUS AND VIBRANT DRINK.
Our Alcohol Free Gins are made using the only Spinning Cone Vacuum Column Still in the UK. This process ensures that flavours and characteristic top notes aren’t burnt in distillation. Existing Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin enters the still and is extracted in 3 streams:

Water
Existing flavours and aromas within Whitley Neill
Alcohol
At the end of this process, the water and flavours/aromas are blended, which recreates the ‘gin’ with zero alcohol.
