Edinburgh Gin’s Raspberry liqueur was the first of our family of fruit liqueurs. It is expertly crafted using the finest native raspberries sourced from Perthshire. We infuse the freshly-picked berries into newly distilled Original Edinburgh Gin along with sugar, leaving the berries to macerate for a month to extract every last bit of flavour. This is a luscious, fruity liqueur with a definitive juicy berry flavour and aroma. It is viscous and intensely flavoured with a balance of sweet ripeness and refreshing tartness.
