Boxer Gin aims to deliver the classic London dry style of gin with unprecedented vibrancy and complexity. Firstly, a London Dry gin is distilled following an 8 hour maceration. Uniquely, wild juniper berries are separately steam distilled in the mountains of Nepal to extract their essential oil. This is blended in to the gin, and finally, oils from cold pressed bergamot peel are added to make this gin which, we think, is an upper cut above the rest.
