A cocktail-friendly aged rum from the Dominican Republic, Barcelo Dorado has spent at least two years in American oak ex-bourbon casks, creating a flavourful, versatile character. Aromas of butter, caramelised hazelnuts, fruit cake and oak spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of baking spices, toasted oak, sweet fruit and buttery toffee throughout the palate.
