Using water, the Swiss Water? Process removes caffeine making the beans 99.9% caffeine free while maintaining the unique origin flavour, body and aroma characteristics. The best of the bean remains while only the caffeine is removed. This example using Brazillian beans has excellent acidity and can be used in all brewing equipment.
